Use your voice - voice workshop

Almost everyone has to stand up and speak in front of an audience at some time in their lives. How can we ensure that when it’s our turn to speak that we don’t let ourselves down? Your voice can be a tool of great flexibility, continually varying, continually exploring the range of expression. At the very least it should be heard!

The course will cover the following practical areas.
How to support the voice so it sounds stronger.
How to add variety to the voice.
    How to enunciate more clearly.
How to speak at the right speed.

Should you take this course?
All of us have to speak so this course is for everyone who feels that his or her communication skills need polishing. Perhaps you have been accused of mumbling? Is your accent inhibiting comprehension? Do people at the back of the room struggle to hear you? Do you speak in a monotone? Do you know that you speak too fast but don’t know how to slow down? Do you find that you are running out of breath before you have finished what you want to say? If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’ then this course is for you.

My next course is from 10-1 on the 21st September 2011 at The Legal Services Agency Glasgow
